wonderful experience at the seafront
friendly staff well-equipped gym varied menu perfect location
i attended a show at the hotel and found it very entertaining the food served was excellent and thoughtfully timed between acts i appreciated the actors' engagement with the audience as they moved between tables i also found all the staff i interacted with were very friendly and professional. the free wifi was a great addition enabling me to stream content without interruption the on-site gym was well-equipped and didn't get too crowded i found i had plenty of time to use the machines. the breakfast offered plenty of choices i took advantage of the cooked english and fresh options. the location is perfect right on the esplanade.
the room i stayed in faced the car park however this was a minor issue since the room itself was well maintained

the room included good tea and coffee making facilities as well as biscuits these were topped up daily and reception was happy to provide extras upon request the room was well presented and maintained throughout my stay.

staff provided friendly and helpful assistance they made check-in smooth and checkout was also quick and efficient every staff member was committed to ensuring guests had a positive experience i valued their attention to detail.

the international bar offered a varied menu with food at reasonable prices i had access to good choices for breakfast including both cooked and fresh options available there was plenty to choose from allowing guests to start the day well.

attentive staff ample space relaxing garden
The breakfast staff were attentive. They helped me carry my food, a thoughtful touch. The lift had ample space and simple controls. I appreciated the sea views. I could see Euston Gardens where I spent time relaxing and unwinding!!!
The floorboards creaked a bit in the bedroom, slightly distracting.

large bed food choice
The room had a large bed. It was REALLY comfortable. Breakfast was included. I appreciated the variety of food choices.
The floorboards creaked a bit in the bedroom. This was only a minor issue.

late night noise staff intervention
the breakfast had an excellent choice of items.
i encountered a significant issue with noise late at night. some very noisy people disturbed my sleep at 2:30 in the morning. no staff member intervened to ask them to be quiet.
